Procedure To Get Admission In BITS Pilani

BITS Pilani is going to conduct an entrance exam i.e. BITSAT-2014. BITSAT-2014 is a computer based online test for admission to integrated first degree program, first semester 2014-15.

#2. Eligibility Criteria

If you want to pursue any of the courses mentioned above then you should have passed the 12^th class examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State Board or its equivalent with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics.

For admission to B.Pharma, the eligibility criteria is physics, chemistry and biology in 12^th. However, candidate with PCM may also applty for B.pharma program. Further, the candidate should have obtained a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB subjects in 12^th class. However, admission will be made only on his/her merit position based on the BITSAT-2014 score.

Only Students who are appearing for 12^th class examination in 2014 or who have passed the 12^th class examination in 2013 are eligible to appear for BITSAT-2014. Students who are presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to appear for BITSAT-2014.

#3. How to Apply for BITS Pilani

Students who are interested should register for BITSAT-2014 by applying in the prescribed application form at www.bitsadmission.com. The prescribed fees for BITSAT-2014 is R. 1900/- (Rs. 1400 for female candidates). Option for payment of fees are given at the website.

#4. Last Date of form submission of BITS Pilani (BITSAT-2014)

Deadline to register for BITSAT-2014 by filling form along with the prescribed fee is 5:00 PM on 15^th February 2014.
