I purchased M3 smart band for 999/- that was the offer but hey delivered M2 Smart Band. When calling no body respond and not even to your mails. Legal should shutdown this site ASAP otherwise they keep going on with Fruad and ditch people.

I did some research on my side and found out it was a subsidiary of pickrr.com. And the most shocking thing is they are a bunch of IITans, very shameful and embarrassing!!

I had ordered a smart watch on Zookr: Vapor KW77 smart watch with Camera round dial. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. SECONDLY THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED.

I have even sent them the images of what was shown on the website and the one I received, but now they are claming that they have sent the same item as showwn on the website. This company is truly unprofessional and I remommend everyone to be ware of them and not to buy any products from them.
If there would have been option I will give them zero star.
Absolute Fraudsters. Had ordered a Smartwatch, (Obviously the price was too good to be true) but what I received was a cheap chinese replica (Very obviously a FAKE Product), with scratches all over. Unbelievable that the site is still operational after so many customer debacles! Shall be taking this to consumer court and Cyber crime cell Nagpur for further due diligence legally.

Do not get fooled by the claims by this website, If you purchase anything from this website….You will definitely regret… !!! They sell cheap defective chinese products & don’t provide any refund or exchange.
I had purchased a smart watch – (Vapor KW98 Smart Watch) from this website, lured by the magnificent claims they made about the product features. Despite this being a relatively new e-commerce player in the market with no proven credibility, I got swayed & purchased a smart watch from this site.
The product was delivered after 6 days. To my surprise, the product delivered was of very cheap quality & did not look like what was shown on website before placing an order.
There was no user manual with the product. Still I figured out on my own how to configure it. Then the real ordeal started. The microUSB post provided on the watch was not of proper size & was not able to hold the charging cable. I tried different charging cables & still the watch was not getting charged.
The battery got discharged within two hours of first use & since then I was unable to charge the battery due to defective microUSB port. I immediately sent an email to Zookr explaining the issue; they asked me to send the video & picture of the watch depicting the problem. Their customer care number is never attended by anyone, it is virtually non-existent.
Two days later they sent me an reply that they would not refund/exchange a product as it is not in their policy. It was a blatant lie. The policy mentioned on their website clearly mentions the clause of return policy. The product I received has manufacturing defect (which I had proven with the help of video) & yet they blatantly said that the product can not be returned.
Hence, do not get fooled by the claims by this website.
They sell cheap Chinese products at exorbitant price & then there is non-existent customer care service & they shamelessly go back on their word and blatantly refute the claims they made on their website.

Zookr is a complete fraud and cheat company. My nephew searched for mi band 3 and ordered the same. Was sent a duplicate product named yoho M2.
ReplyDeleteOn trying to complaint nobody answered the phone. Sent a email immediatly as the site listed a return policy which requires customer to inform them within 2 days of delivery. They replied back after 3–4 days and outright refused to provide the original product as also to return the money.
Now it is more than 15 days and the customer care simply refuses to answer.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE. THEY SELL DUPLICATES, INSTEAD IF YOU WANT LOOKALIKES YOU CAN GET THE SAME AT LESS THAN HALF THE COST ON ANY AMAZON OR FLIPKART.
How can we trust on the your website (youths area) because is not registered... and just want to inform you that I am the prime customer of zookr.in..... too many products i have bought with zookr.in but I haven't face such issues as people are saying. Recently I have bought Oneplus 3T mobile and quality of the products is fine.... and Just want to aware all the people that there are many other companies who try to spoil the reputation of zookr.in with these cheap technics. I am very happy with the phone phone but not happy with earpods as they have some issue while using. So I contacted zookr customer care and they asked me share all details with picture of the earpods through mail. This is little lenghty process but I am happy with this too as they replaced my earpods. My experience with zookr is good. I want to suggest they should be come with more convenient option of return.

ReplyDeletezookr is a fraudulent site. I placed an order for a laptop which they did not deliver for a week. The tracking number which they gave updated status as order cancelled after a week, but the order status still showed processing. When I contacted them they said the amount will be refunded. But the refund amount was Rs.500 less. When asking again they say it is logistics deduction. It is an obvious case of spam, With no effort or product, just with false website they have got Rs.500 from one order. Also when you see while ordering the items available will keep reducing until you order, after the order is placed the number of available items will go back up immediately. Do not buy in this website at any cost. its a fraud.
