Grappy.in is an e-commerce website that claims to sell gadgets with huge discount. There are many products available on grappy.in but we have ordered G4 NextGear Smart Watch from this website and we will discuss on this smartwatch only.
Lets first discuss the features of this smartwatch that company claims
- Water proof
- Scratch proof
- Camera
- Calling/SMS
- Bluetooth etc..
We ordered the product on 28 Dec 2018. After almost 10 days of placing the order i.e on 9 Dec 2019, we got our parcel via Ecom Express. On opening the package there was a nice box on which 'Smart Watch' was written with a picture of a watch. After opening the box further we found that we have received different product. And the product we receive was of some low quality toy type of watch which was not even working properly. After tried calling to their customer care number several times, we managed to talk with them. We recited them our experience to which they said "We have already put disclaimer on our website that all picture on the website is for illustration purpose and original product may vary." I further tried to explain that watch is not even working properly. But they keep on repeating the same thing and do not pay any heed to my problem and finally hung up. We also sent emails to them which were also unanswered. This is our experience with grappy.in
Final Words
We don't know if we were the only unlucky one who had bad experience with grappy.in. Our experience was very bad and thus, we strongly recommend not to buy product from grappy.in. If you really want to buy a smartwatch then we recommend you to shop from Amazon or Flipkart.
