JioFi M2 and JioFi M2S Difference. Which One Is Best To Buy?

Jio has launched three JioFi devices named JioFi M2, JioFi M2S and JioFi 3. All these devices are different from each other. So many people are confused which one to purchase or which among them is best. We haven’t used JioFi 3 till yet, so we can’t say anything about JioFi 3. But we have been using JioFi M2 and JioFi M2S since 1 month and now we are going to write a review of these two products. Let’s take a quick look on the specification of both devices then we will move on to the review.

JioFi M2: It comes with 4GB ROM and 2GB RAM. It has micro USB port to charge your device. It has a mico-sim card slot. Lithium ion battery of 2300 mAh. Maximum 32 device can be connected (but 10 recommended)

JioFi M2S: It comes with 2GB ROM and 1GB RAM. It also has micro USB port and a micro SD card slot. It has a nano sim card slot. Lithium ion battery of 2300 mAh. Maximum 32 devices can be connected( 10 recommended).

⇨After using these two devices for about a month we observed that the battery backup of JioFi M2S is more as compared to JioFi M2. Also, JioFi M2 takes more time to get fully charged as compared to JioFi M2S. Therefore, in terms of battery, we found JioFi M2S better then JioFi M2. You can easily use it for around 6-7 hours after a complete charge.

⇨JioFi M2S used to get heat up when we connect more than 3 devices. But while working with connecting only 1 or 2 devices, it works pretty well. But in case of JioFi M2, it rarely get heated by connecting 3,4 devices.

⇨If we talk about the range of these two devices, then we hardly observe any difference. Both devices have a range to cover entire house (typical 2/3 BHK). But sometimes we have seen that the connection had been getting disrupted in case of JioFi M2S when we increase the distance. Hence, we may say that JioFi M2 has more range as compared to JioFi M2S.  

Which one to buy among them?

If we keep in mind all the pros and cons of both the devices then we must say you should go for JioFi M2S. Because it is less expensive than JioFi M2 and also not very much different from JioFi M2.
